Plan for Change - Countdown to Samhain - Day 1 of 3

October 29 - The first of the 3 day countdown to Samhain/Halloween

The commonly celebrated date of Samhain* - October 31 is just a few days away.

It is human nature to want, to expect, to sail along as if - an energy switch is flipped and SUDDENLY you are rapidly healing, and money is pouring in, and you feel strong and aligned in your power...

Such change - definitely such pivotal moments - take PLANNING.

If you have not already done so, then these last few days leading up to this auspicious time, is best used for determining your next steps, your big goals but also the smaller ones on the way there; for calculating what spell work is best for you to be doing to support your mundane efforts. Gather the necessary supplies, clean and set up your altar... have notes to base your petitions on...

It takes preparation to do the work... and now is the time.

* The lunar calendar - which is what the Wheel of the Year is aligned with - does not have the same 'standard' date on the Gregorian Calendar (the sun based calendar that we all use in daily mundane life) for each celebratory or milestone occasion, so the ASTROLOGICAL - or the TRUE date of Halloween is November 7 this year but that being said, there is power in a date that is a cumulatively focused day for specific energies. Schedule your honorary rituals and spell casting as is best for you in this range of time for Samhain energies.
